The Wittlin Group was founded as we believed there was room to challenge the status quo of the recruitment industry. Our deeply held beliefs around integrity/honesty aren’t mutually exclusive in serving both our Clients and Candidates to the best of our ability. 

To challenge the norm. Our deeply heldbelief that recruitment is about both people and business, and our commitment is to each. We believe that our clients bottom line should be directly impacted by the talent they hire through TWG and candidates are provided with great opportunities.

There was a need with regards to candidates that their career objectives could be met above and beyond their next “job”. We also believed there was a need to establish and maintain in depth long term relationships conducive for all  – many of them date back to our founding with candidates and clients alike. 

There was a need to serve as counsel, providing insight and guidance for everyone.

There was a need for easy access, being available to chat for whatever reason.

And last, but definitely not least, there was a need to provide a ghost free environment
